1, How do I register my product for warranty?

You will need to call us on 0800 464 7008 and provide us with order no, product details and serial no. Your warranty starts from the date you receive the product.

2, What happens if my order arrives damaged?

You need to call us on the day of delivery on 0800 464 7008 and ensure you have signed for the item as “Damaged on Arrival” . Please be advised we need photo’s of the damages

3, I have a problem with my product, what should I do?
