After purchasing the wrong type of power chair via an internet wheelchair company, I decided to get some professional advice. My O.T. recommended Modern Mobility in Blackburn. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Sharon and all the staff at Modern Mobility for going above and beyond to help my husband get his mobility scooter delivered so quickly. Despite not usually covering our area, they made everything happen seamlessly from start to finish.

The service we received was absolutely outstanding — the team were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us. Communication was excellent throughout, and I was kept informed every step of the way, which made the whole process stress-free.
