The Bariatric plus-sized chairs are suitable for either a health or home environment. They offer clients' and carers movement options that support good posture, pressure management, and independent living. The range of mechanisms is ideal for those clients:
- who are unable to independently shift their weight either in a reclined or seated position.
- with poor skin integrity where there is a high risk of skin breakdown.
- with complex needs that require carer support to change position without putting their own health at risk whilst carrying out positional changes.

Seat Cushions
The choice of materials in the seat cushion of your chair can make all the difference to your comfort and support. We offer the full range from soft and firm quality Reflex foam, to our specialist care cushions.
If you need a little more support from your seat cushion, perhaps if you sit for long periods in your chair, do consider our specialist seat cushions.
For ultimate comfort at the heart of your chair, we can also build in our Luxury Pocket Sprung Cushion. Designed with individual high tensile steel coil springs in individual pockets, the springs give consistent support throughout the life of the chair and lasting shape to the seat cushion.
Standard Comfort Seating
For standard seating, our softest foam cushion with high quality Reflex foam filler for gentle comfort. 
A cushion that provides a more supportive and firm seat with a high-quality filler from Reflex, the foam specialists. Specialist Seating
For those who have good posture and mobility but are seated for greater than one hour at a time and require pressure relief and supported comfort. This cushion has a high-density foam base which offers a supportive and firm seat base with a top layer of memory foam to allow immersion into the cushion, giving stability and a large surface area to reduce pressure levels. 
This cushion uses our unique Gelacell matrix which distributes pressure and promotes air flow keeping the chair fresher and cooler. 
For those sitting for long periods with specific comfort issues such as a high risk of pressure sores. This cushion uses the latest medical grade silicone gel technology allowing pressure to be evenly distributed. The gel conforms to the shape of the body and equalises to body temperature. The gel cells allow air to flow easily and Coolform is totally odourless and hypoallergenic. Headrests Cushions
There is a choice of 4 detachable headrests all attached with a velcro tab
Head Roll
The head roll is useful to reduce depth for anyone with reduced neck extension or needing to keep their head in a neutral position for tasks such as eating or drinking whilst maximising comfort and reducing effort.
Small Head Pillow
The small head pillow provides additional comfort for those who may require a softer surface to rest on whilst stopping hyper-extension at the neck when reclined or tilted.
Small Profile Headrest
Similar to the large profile headrest but support is focused more on the head and neck.
Midline Headrest
The midline headrest provides postural support for those with some form of midline deficit, following a stroke resulting in proprioceptive deficit or unilateral neglect for example. It is also useful for those with reduced lateral muscle strength or tolerance (such as sternocleinomastoid).
